Returns/Exchanges

Returns are only exchanged and must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please refer to size chart here prior to placing order.

Products are to be in the same condition as received with attached tags to qualify for exchange or store credit. If you receive the item and you try it on, please be scent free and touch garment with clean hands because no perfumes or stains will be accepted. If returned items are received at our location with any of the above criteria, we will refuse it and it will be sent back to you, NO EXCEPTIONS!!! & Buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees that may apply.

Location address for returns and exchanges will be provided via email at loywithlovedesigns@gmail.com. For quicker processing, please include your order number, name and reason for return in the email. If you want to return and exchange right away, also list the item and size desired for exchange in the email. If you want to return and get store credit for future use when ready, please state so in the email as well.
